i have been getting a perm/relaxer like every 6 months-twice a year my entire life just about and i use a kiddi perm for touch ups atleast once durring the year just if it’s needed for a special occasion. but when i use a perm i use a regular olive oil perm for organic roots. i never really flat iron my hair i usually use wet rollers and sit underneath a hair dryer ( very less damaging). and with my regular washes i use a hot oil (herbal oil ultimate/jojoba oil). Im gonna try this.
